I read the negative comments by others, and chose to give the Tea Kettle a try. I LOVE IT!! You can get plenty of water in it for a few cups of tea, without having the fill level be above the spout. Common sense says don't fill above the spout level! The top does collect condensation and can leak from there. It is the one piece in my kitchen that always gets compliments from visitors.
