Calphalon sticks to its usual standards. I am a very intensive cook, and demand a lot of my cooking utensils. These are sturdy, no-nonsense nylon utensils. They have strong, comfortable handles. And best of all, clean up really easily. I've used them a lot in the weeks that I've had them, with many different foods, and in some pretty high temps, with no bubbling or marring of the surface. I'd recommend these highly. I think I may have found the last utensils I'll ever buy!
