Customer Review: Great Brand, Great Customer Service

I just got my 4.5 qt Calphalon Contemporary sauce pot and I am PSYCHED. I have been slowly replacing all my old pots and pans from my college days with newer, beautiful Calphalon pans and I couldn't be happier with them.
The reason I am taking the time to write this review, besides my overall satisfaction with the product itself, is to give kudos to Firefly Buys (the seller), whom contacted me to let me know that the pictured item was slightly different than the one that they actually had in stock. They claimed that the picture had been hi-jacked by another seller and that their original picture had been replaced. Although I am not sure if their picture was actually hi-jacked, or if someone at Firefly Buys didn't just post the wrong picture by mistake (accidents happen), either way, they courteously called me before shipping the item to let me know of the error, rather than waiting till I got it and called to complain.
On top of their proactive customer service, they also offered me a 20% discount to accept the non-pictured item. I gladly accepted, especially since the only difference was that it had one long handle rather than two short handles (it still had one short handle too). The truth is, I prefer it this way, as it matches all my other pans and will look great hanging from my pot rack.
I'd also like to mention that once I had agreed to accept the product, it showed up before 10:00am of the second business day after our conversation. Not only was this faster than I expected, it was faster than Amazon expected. The pot arrived the day before the Amazon window indicated that it would.
Again, kudos to Firefly Buys and especially the gentleman who called me, for patiently dealing with my 15 minute grilling about every single feature of the pot, from its color to its glass lid (confirming that it was still the same style).
