My boyfriend is a chef and loves using plastic 2 tong forks to make his amazing scrambled eggs. We couldn't find a fork that fit the bill anywhere in stores, and we looked around a lot. Finally I found this online, and while it looked different from the crappy ones he had, I wanted to give it a try and got it for him for Christmas. Well, with all the talk about looking for an "egg fork" as we call it, he ended up getting 3 of these exact ones for Christmas, and one of a different brand! The calphalon fork is definitely nicer than the other brand he received and works great for his yummy scrambled eggs. I've also used it as a meat fork and it worked just fine for what I used it for, the tongs were not too weak at all. Great, versatile product. I'd buy another, but who really needs 5 of these?
