Professional Hard Anodized 12" Omelet Pan with Nonstick interior- the ultimate omelette (makes a 5-6 egg omelet) or for sauteing. Includes removable Cool Grip Handle. Its steeply sloped sides and thick flat bottom are ideal for the high-speed handling and folding of omelets, and the double-riveted stainless-steel handle provides excellent control of the weighty pan. With its large size and fine performance, the pan also works well for sautéing and searing, especially since the removable Cool Grip handle resists heat on the stovetop. Calphalon?s 98-percent pure hard-anodized aluminum provides some of the best conductivity in cookware, not to mention being 30 percent harder than stainless steel. To help reduce required fat and to simplify clean up, this pan has a triple-coated nonstick interior, while the exterior is a finished in a professional-looking matte charcoal. Nylon and wooden utensils work best with this pan, and washing by hand is a must.
