Customer Review: Meatballs

My family loves meatballs. When I cook them, however, the meatballs have this bad habit of sticking to the bottom of the pan and tearing off the nice, crispy browned portion. This pan does a great job solving that problem.
First of all because of the wavy bottom very little surface area of the meatball actually touches the pan. The meatballs don't stick. When you roll the meatballs around to cook different sides the wavy bottom holds them nicely in position to cook all sides evenly. Plus the grease has a place to go so the meatballs don't soak in it.
I really don't think this is equal to a top of the line Calphalon pan. The build quality is not up there with their better pans. But for this price it really is quite a nice pan and works beautifully for meatballs and other foods that require grill marks.
