We use this pan on a daily basis and it is great. It provides very good heat control to your food. It is a great size to cook a whole meal in. Food browns well and always looks good. The pan cleans up nicely too. I have had mine for a year and a half and I am back online to buy some more Calphalon products.

Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, the pan is an excellent heat conductor and cooks food quickly and evenly.
